Widney were delighted to receive a letter from Xavier Rolet (CEO, London Stock Exchange) congratulating the team on their inclusion in the inaugural publication of "1000 Companies to Inspire Britain", a list of Britain's fastest growing SME's.

Subsequently it was reported by the Daily Telegraph that the selection criteria for the list required companies to demonstrate not just increases in revenue, but also an increase in employee numbers, contract wins or patent filings.  The businesses listed were from over 100 sectors across the UK.

Managing Director Steve Roberts said:  "It is a huge compliment to be included in such a rich and diverse list of companies, a great reflection of our strong order books and unprecedented new product introduction activity."
