Widney UK scissor blinds were the choice for Modec, when deciding on the screening products to fit in the worlds first high performance, zero emission alternative to traditional diesel delivery fleets.

Modec will manufacture 250 of the new pure~electric vehicles in the first year at their new production plant in Coventry, each fitted with 3 of Widneys scissor blinds.

At the official opening of the new plant and release of the environmentally friendly vehicles, Rt. Hon. David Cameron, said, 'a big congratulations to everybody who has been involved in the project.'
